Hello geri, These controls are in the box properties and are global to all 4 corners of the box. If you click on the square box tool till it pops out the other types of box tools, will pop out to side. One of them has a pen tool for freehanding boxes with a bezier curves tool. Use that one and make your box, two corners square, click and drag to create the two curved corners. Use some guides to help get the box shape correct.
